By providing professional, unbiased tours and guidance, I’m helping families make confident decisions about this important life transition. Every tour we conduct is personal to me. For Operators of a retirement village

After managing retirement village in both NSW and the ACT, and working as regional manager covering over 22 villages, I gained extensive knowledge in the sector, including operational management, the resident journey, resident satisfaction and everything in between.

I was also a panellist with the Property Council of Australia, where I gave advice on the future direction of retirement living in Australia, about working with Resident Committees, about the various village budgets, dispute resolution, the resident journey from enquiry to moving in and the operational side of retirement village, for Village Managers.

I quickly realised that not all villages are the same and indeed, not all Operators and Operations, are the same. Given I'm an accountant by profession, I quickly grasped the financial side and became the 'go-to' person in the organisation for budgets and other financial related matters. 

This exposure has enabled me to build a wealth of skills that I now apply in the sector, helping Operators in areas where they're lacking expertise or falling short due to staff turn-over or changes in legislation.
